We hope you are satisfied with your purchase and enjoyed our site!

However, if the product wasn't the right size, color, style, or there was anything wrong with it please read our return/exchange policy below. 

 

We accept returns within 10 days from the original purchase for a full refund or exchange. We will not accept anything after these 10 days, no exceptions!

This excludes sale items which are final sale and can not be returned.


We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not provide free shipping & handling on returns the customer must provide this. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

 

On exchanges we provide free shipping & handling. If you want to do an exchange email us at customerservice@simplysharpeboutique.com and we will email you a return label.

Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have the packing slip inside.

 

If you received merchandise that is damaged/defected, please contact us within 5 days of packages original delivery and we will take care of the problem.


There will be instructions inside the package on the packing slip that will explain how to return or exchange the product.
